We don’t like to wait. Everything in modern society is built to discourage and eliminate waiting. Santazon Prime next day delivery, on demand movies and of course “fast food” restaurants all encourage us to have it now!!! We put up our Christmas tree in October because we just can’t wait!!!
And then we wonder where God is. We pray and don’t get an answer and we become disillusioned. To all of this God has one simple response- “wait.” Join us during the season of Advent for a four week series on 1 and 2 Thessalonians where we learn the importance of waiting on God. (Starts Dec. 1)
